At Gulf Coast Music Radio, we strive to provide the best services possible. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for bookings, advertisements, and other services offered.
 

1. General Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to our customer service team. We will consider requests based on the circumstances outlined below.
 

2. Event and Program Bookings

Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.

  • 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
     

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an event:

  • Requests made more than 14 days in advance can be rescheduled without any additional fees.

  • Requests made between 7 to 14 days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of 25%.

  • No rescheduling will be allowed within 7 days of the event.
     

3. Advertising Services

  • Ads not aired: If an advertisement campaign is canceled before any ads have aired, a full refund will be issued.

  • Ads partially aired: If advertisements have been aired but the campaign is canceled, a partial refund will be based on the remaining unfulfilled duration of the campaign.

  • Completed campaigns: No refunds will be issued for ad campaigns that have been completed.
     

4. Merchandise and Other Products

If you purchase merchandise or other products:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
     

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of the request.
